• Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
        • The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your credit card refund or store credit. If you order a replacement, outbound shipping will be free (in the U.S.).
        • Slippers must be returned in the exact condition in which they were delivered. There must be no signs of wear - on the insole or the outer sole. Please try them on on a clean surface. Use the original packaging for your return.
        • EXCHANGES may be made by returning your item, receiving a refund and manually placing a new order. With an account, you may start your return once signed in. Otherwise, contact us to start your exchange. We will send you a pre-paid return label, which will be deducted from your refund.
        • TO MAKE A RETURN: With an account, you may start your return once signed in. Otherwise, contact us here. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label, and your card will be refunded (minus the cost of the return shipping) once we've received the slippers in perfect condition.

      We currently ship to the United Kingdom. Please note that the cost of shipping will be charged during checkout. In addition, duties and taxes will be billed to you within the UK.
