SHOULD I WEAR THE BACK DOWN OR UP?
As in traditional babouches, the back is designed to be worn down, under the heel. It is not affixed and may be worn up if desired.

CAN I WEAR THEM OUTSIDE?
The slippers are intended for indoor use at home. They'll generally be fine in your backyard and walking to the mailbox, but we recommend that you not walk on wet grass.

I HAVE A HIGH INSTEP. WILL THE SLIPPERS FIT?
At this time, the slippers are sized for standard foot shapes and do not accommodate a high instep.

I HAVE SORT OF A WIDE (OR NARROW) FOOT. WILL THE SLIPPERS FIT?
The slippers are sized for a standard, medium width, and will stretch slightly to fit. They work for most "narrow" widths as well. At this time, they are not sized for feet that are considered a "wide" width in shoe sizing.

WHAT KIND OF LEATHER IS USED?
All of our leather is cowhide leather. There are slight differences in the feel and grain of each color.
